Stop the Maryland Unsafe Driver

Police say a pedestrian was hit around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday morning at exit 15 (Germantown Road) by a tractor trailer. The pedestrian died as a result of the collision, which is still under investigation, said Cpl. Jason Langley.
